I'm going to second Coach Jen. I typically can't handle drinking much water during my workout unless it is my ST routine, but definitely being more hydrated throughout the course of your day should help.

Welcome to the site!
Are you well-hydrated before your workout? Are you drinking water during and after? Dehydration is typically the most common cause of headaches when exercising.

Hi everyone. I'm new to Sparkpeople. This is my 3rd day here. I started exercising Monday, and I got a headache right after I was done. I then exercised yesterday for a good 30 minutes (Cardio) and I got a really bad headache after that. I just put in 20 minutes of exercising tonight, and guess what? Another headache is back. Does anyone know is this is normal? Or if this is something that I should be worrying about. Thanks.
