Hi everyone. I'm new to Sparkpeople. This is my 3rd day here. I started exercising Monday, and I got a headache right after I was done. I then exercised yesterday for a good 30 minutes (Cardio) and I got a really bad headache after that. I just put in 20 minutes of exercising tonight, and guess what? Another headache is back. Does anyone know is this is normal? Or if this is something that I should be worrying about.
