These are excellent in smoothies, or some people make them into a glaze to put over things like grilled chicken. Props to you for expanding your diet! emoticon

Oh I eat them every day. Cut in half, scoop out the seeds, then peel the two halves and cut into cubes. Often I'll toss in some cubed fresh pineapple as well. Then I put the whole lot in a tupperware container and pour in diluted grapefruit juice to cover it. Put the lid on the container and keep it in the fridge. I like to eat it for breakfast by removing some of the fruit with a slotted spoon and adding plain yogurt and granola.

I bought a papaya in an attempt to expand the fruits that I consume. I don't know what to do with it. I know I can just eat it as it is. But, is there a REALLY good way of preparing it? I want to really enjoy it. Please advise.
