Hello, I'm Holly. I was once a very active member on SparkPeople and lost 15 of the 80 pounds I was aiming to lose! Let's say I was pretty happy to finally be making progress in my weight-loss journey! Then I ended up getting pregnant and my priorities began to change. I still tried to stay on track, but I was hungry all the time, and soon I kind of trailed off of the site...
A few days ago I lost the baby... I was devastated... I decided I needed to get back on that 'good mood' feeling I had when I was an active member here, so I decided to try again. I was bummed to find I gained the fifteen pounds back, and now am pretty much starting from square one.. But hey, at least I'm not giving up completely. I'm ready to get back up and make a change for the better.
Any words of encouragement would be great! I'm just feeling kind of low right now, but am trying my best to raise my spirits up. One step at a time, I keep telling myself, just one step at a time.
