Recently bought a Breville Sous Chef.

Simply am amazed at the speed and ease of doing things, now.

This morning I felt the need to bake muffins.
I didn't really feel the desire to eat them - so when they were done; I gave them to the neighbours, because the mum is convalescing after a long time in the hospital.

A win-win for all. I get to use my new machine; enjoy baking - and they get to have something fresh out of the oven without the effort. Love it.
