Potato 6oz = 100 cals
Cooked Carrots 1 cup = 85 cals

Spark also allows for a recipe creator and if you add in the items it might assist in helping you see how many calories are in your meal. emoticon

I'd post the amount of ounces of meat you eat, how much potato and how much carrot. If you have gravy look that up and put down how much you have.

I am having roast with potatoes,carrots and onions. How do I count calories on this meal?
