I know it's hard to always stay on track for health, and weight. You just can't seem to be motivated enough? You know that you can get lazy or binge. You're not going to lie to yourself, just except it. Your not perfect right, and neither is anyone.
Not really having strong motivation: keep your additions or favorites out of sight, or away from your house, choose alternatives to fill yourself up (water, fruit, a cup of vegetable soup, etc...)
Can't seem to get the right attitude to exercise? Do something you enjoy: dance around the living room to your favorite music. Go for a walk, don't take an elevator/walk the stairs, park a little farther away from a closer spot, call a friend and plan exercising together, buy a firbit zapper to count you're steps, don't give up. It's a constant problem that needs daily awareness! It will become a habit just like many things in life.
