Looking at your nutrition tracker - you're super close to making your goals each day. Close enough that a handful of nuts, putting avocado on a sandwich, drinking a glass of milk or adding in some healthy oils to your life will get you there. Your plan looks great so far - no huge holes and no lack of protein or carbs it seems - just a small tweak each day and you'll be there!

I would add some nuts and a glass or two of milk, if you can. That will help bring up the calories a bit.

I've only been on the site for 2 days and trying to stay within normal calories is really hard. On the first day I didn't eat enough and today I ate too many calories today. I'm hoping I'll get the hang of it so my goal weight can be reached. Although it's not a good thing to go over the number of calories seeing someone else is also having the same problem makes you realiazie your not alone. So thank you for your post SIMONEKP.
Everyday, I am planning on eating 1200+, but am having a hard time. I feel like I'm eating a lot more now, (healthy choices) then I did before (crappy choices). So I'm having a decent breakfast (2 whole wheat, low fat waffles, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 c blueberrries), lunch was pico de gallo, 1/2 c solid white tuna, 2 cups of arugula, a bagel thin with peanut butter, and am uncomfortably full. I know I won't want my afternoon snack, dinner is slow cooker salsa chicken with brown rice...and I'm still below my limit. help!
