Think: There will be plenty of time to rest and sleep when you're dead.

Haha! I knew what needed to happen to get me outta bed. My son needed to get up! lol He climbs into bed with me to cuddle (I'm thinking, ohhhhh please don't do this to me, it's not helping) then those famous Saturday morning words....."Mom, I want pancakes for breakfast". So after making breakfast (I DIDN'T have pancakes ) now I have the energy to get me through the day. Discovered a helpful Saturday and Sunday morning tool to help with motivation: laptops and Nooks should be laid down to rest the night before in a place NOT within arms reach so you actually have to get out of bed to communicate with the outside world.
-12 degrees??? I feel like a fool for complaining about 57! lol Wishing everyone a wonderful motivated day!!
Same here. Very grey and rainy. What helped me recently is that I invested in a real good jacket. Much more expensive than I have ever spent but it kept me toasty warm and the hood kept the rain off my head as I walked the dogs. Got me up and out.
I do think that by getting to your computer and reaching out you made the first step
P.S. I joined the 10 minutes per day Spark streak and am very motivated to keep it alive. May help you too?

Hi! I think you're already off to a good start by posting :) Youre awake and thinking, might as well get up and get moving. Easy for me to say, right? lol I had to get up and drive my son to work by 7am - I'm in Alberta, Canada, and its -12 so had to scrape my windows before I could go anywhere :( Good luck - I hope you end up having a good day!

So, it's cold and grey outside (i live in Fl and its not the norm)...Cam went to bed late and is still sleeping, fiance at work and though I know this is the PERFECT time to get up and get motivated with cleaning or a cardio video.......I just dont want to get out from under the covers. I already know, when i wake up like this most of the times it means that i'll be spending the day on my rear end. Any suggestions how to turn this morning around?
