I took a look at your nutrition tracker.
I think your carbohydrate intake is fine; however the quality of the carb choices could be of a concern. You seem to be taking in most of your carbs from sugar, refined grains, and cookies.
You may want to focus on a gradual switch to healthier carbs: veggies, fruits, whole grains, beans, baked potatoe, corn, lima beans, etc.
