Hope things are going better for you. Please remember that you are not on a diet. You are relearning how to eat and live. This is an ongoing journey that will take all your life. One day you will reach maintenance. But you will never go back to the way life was before. You will be OK with that because life will be better at your new weight, fitness and energy level. Definitely Do NOT give up...you are very important and deserve this!! I have weeks where the scale doesn't always agree with me...but I am going to constantly keep myself moving forward. It's the best direction to go. You can do this because you have the best attitude!

I like your atitude. Don't give up on yourself. You know that you can and you will do it. I'm giving myself a kick in the butt cause I've given up on myself. But I know that I can do it. I just have to believe in myself and know that no matter how many times I mess up, I can always start over again.

You said it, "Don't give up on YOU". Sadly, this will be a way of life even when you reach goal. Evidently most of us are meant to semi diet the rest of our lives. But hey, at least we'll be alive to diet uh?

Well just past 2 weeks.... At first I was so happy because I had lost a total of 3 pounds in my 1st week & 1/2. Now because I made poor choices For dinner a couple of times, I have gained it back! :( SO SO SO disappointed. I am way above my minutes for cardio for the week & I have been walking alot too. Trying to stay active. I just want to scream!!! But I have said it before & I am going to say it again I AM NOT GIVING UP ON ME!!! I WILL WIN THIS FIGHT!!
