I've always had an issue with portion size up until recently. I'm doing much better with it now and my waistline is showing the results. I've gone from a size 16 to a size 12 since the beginning of the year :)

Yes. I also use small bowls/plates for everything and also I keep what I eat from plus measuring cups and spoons in a small plastic container with a lid. I found some collaspible measuring cups that don't take up nearly the room as those standard ones.
