I've always had an issue with portion size up until recently. I'm doing much better with it now and my waistline is showing the results. I've gone from a size 16 to a size 12 since the beginning of the year :)

Yes. I also use small bowls/plates for everything and also I keep what I eat from plus measuring cups and spoons in a small plastic container with a lid.
I found some collaspible measuring cups that don't take up nearly the room as those standard ones.

All my measuring tools are in one drawer in the kitchen...scales, several measuring spoons and different sized measuring cups...I use them every time I plan a meal or snack! emoticon

24-7-365 weight and measure.. Only way to go. Eye balling stuff disappoints alot of people so I don't go there..
