Jeni I saw your remark about the pumpkin on another post so was curious but I still can't find the recipe. ugh! It sounded interesting.
I did have a smoothie for breakfast and they are no my thing. But I bought some organic pumpkin seed protein powder and wanted to try it. It kept me full until lunch.

Yes, an Overnight Pumpkin Spice yogurt parfait. It was wonderful except I was suppose to freeze some banana slices and then process them. I don't have a food processor so I had to add a bit of almond milk to my blender... it was way too thin. Still tasted good though.
"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

Today I made a snack out of carrots and peanut butter. This was a surprisingly yummy snack -- have you tried anything new today. This snack was suggested in the sparkpeople fruits and veggie article today. Never knew there were so many spring veggies and fruits. I am learning a lot here. Have a great day!
