I am using it but I have only been using it about 2 weeks. It is very informative. I think it does help with motivation. But I am a firm believer that nothing works if you do not work it.

I like it a great deal, but there is so much free on this site, if budget is tight, people don't need it. If budget is not a big issue, go for it!! Wish I'd had it when I started.

I enjoy it! I have had it for a few months. I think I've reached the end of the point where it's useful for me, but if you need a little more hand-holding and direct guidance and motivation, and would like to be able to get direct answers from coaches, this is a good option for you. It's worth checking out the trial at least, and maybe even trying it for a month. I was charged $7.99, but I think it's up to $8.99 now. Had to cut it from the budget, but I don't feel like my money was wasted at all. :)

I tried 2 free trials and was not too impressed. I would not pay for it.

I only did the trial becauce I am not going to pay for it. I was not sure how much it added to my program. It was ok i guess.

I am just doing the basic 5 things with it everyday, but I find it is helpful. I think it just helps me start the day with a variety of things to pay attention to.

How much does it cost? Did you do well while you were involved with the program?

I am really considering trying Spark Coach, but would love to hear from a few of those who have already tried it. Would you please share your experience?
