I got out of the habit years ago when I started having back issues and my bed would be pushed up against the wall. I told myself that if it was ever positioned a certain way I would make the bed. I have to get into the habit again!! I am in!!!
My long term goal is to get down to 155 lbs. especially for my 30th class reunion, in 2015.
I am not going to tiptoe through life to end up safely at death
