yes, but today was a stressful day at work for me and so I focused my frustrations on my workout. (I'm a beginner, and really out of shape so 30 minutes was what I did today. But I feel good about it and accomplished).

I think us women can put a lot of 'focus onto the muscle' when we are at the height of madness etc......a lot of cals burned hehe!!!

LOL, after almost 25 years of marriage I would be lying if I said I hadn't!
Taking a break and working out is a whole lot better than saying or doing something you might regret later. Being extremely irked can be a great motivator!

Gotten so mad at your husband you just had to go take a break. So during this break I done my workout and was more focused than ever. Maybe I should get mad more often lol
