I want to but I really don't know how. I have exercised 30 minutes per day since I've been a member. My check in didn't start right away because I really didn't know how, either. I was tracking my food, but not doing the 1-2-3 check-in.I'm basically learning as I go.

no, i don't do the streaks because i can't always get on line to track. so my streaks never work.

I did an exercise streak - exercised for 30 minutes or more everyday for 62 days. I just started a new one yesterday - same parameters and trying to beat my length.
