I believe that working out is a commitment we make to ourselves like brushing our teeth, going to the doctors or taking care of our family. Good 4 u in doing this. Go workout as I do know you can do this.

Good for you!! For me, I just try to get a work out in when I can find the time. I can't commit to working out any specific number of days in a row because when life gets in the way i feel like a failure. So if i have the time I work out and if I don't have the time i don't feel guilty. I just want to move in the right direction.

I was doing really well for several weeks, actually three months. Then life got really, really busy and I've fallen of the workout wagon. LOL So I am refocusing my efforts to make sure I am working out at least 6 times a week. I really need to get back at it. I miss the wonderful feeling of accomplishment and how better I physically feel. So wish me luck and here I go! Starting today!!!!
