I love it for making bacon! All of the fat drips off, and you end up with nice straight, non-greasy bacon, and hardly any mess at all to clean up. I use center-cut bacon which is only 50 calories for 2 slices, it does cost a little more though.
Really though, you can use it for just about anything you put on an outside grill. I'm using mine next week to make some spicy pork kebabs because it's too cold to cook them on the grill outside.
