the journey to recovery is always a lot of hard work--being discharged from physio is akin to graduation. you have learned much on your journey- from your health care team, your family and friends but most important from deep within yourself..draw on that knowledge everyday to stay strong and healthy emoticon

Hi everyone I have some great news for everyone.

I Eshara43 aka Susan is here by discharged from physiotherapy as of yesterday. They said that I have a perfect 120 degree bend in my leg and that I do not have to go back to physiotherapy. I also got a call from the gym I use to belong to and I went in yesterday and found out that I love 11 inches off my waist which means I went from having a 51 inch waist down to a 40 inch waist. I am sitting in at 110 lbs in my weight as well. The gym also gave me a 3 day free pass. I cant wait until next week when I can go in and workout again, Yes I still cant straighten my leg but I will let my doctor tell me when he will be straightening it for me. I even found out that my older and only brother I have left is coming home in march to visit me and my parents. I am so excited. I havent seen my brother since 2003 so it will be very special for me.

I cleaned my house some the other day and now I can finally keep it clean on my own which I am happy about because my family doesnt like to clean go figure right. I will keep you all up today as how I am doing.
