OH WOW !! Didn't get back with you yesterday because my daughter, her husband & grandchildren went to the Detroit Science Center for 6 hrs. and I took my perometer and I walked over 5,172 steps, so that was a total of 6, 000 min. of fitness & over 15, 600 steps. Now that has got to be "motivation. And today did 10, 652 steps now I am emoticon and I just woke up from a emoticon and ready to go again. Just like the Energizer emoticon , takes a lickin' and keep's on tickin" and Thank You saying I am a Sparkler. God Bless You & have Good Day.
