Your calorie range is based on your current weight, goal weight, how long you've given yourself to lose the weight and how much exercise you're doing. So one of those things would have changed to change your calorie range. Here's more detail about how we calculate your range if you're interested:
I am only entering my 2nd week here. When I first created an account the nutrition tracker said I should be 1500-1750 in calories per day. However the weirdest thing is when I went online to enter my calories my limits had changed!! Now its 1200-1550 !! I had NOT changed any info, not my starting weight or ending weight..I havent even weighed in yet??!! Can anyone explain this difference and why? I even went back to the last few days and those calories represented the 1200 one....thanks everyone for reading my question, and good luck to all here reaching their personal goals !!
