I had to do a google search to see what was up. It seems to be the newest Hollywood anti-aging craze. From the articles I've read, the company says many huge celebrities take human grown hormones (in this pill form) to look years younger. It's supposed to work.... but,
I am very wary of these sorts of claims. Take this pill and look years younger. I think we've all learned that there really is no magic pill a person can take that will make them look years younger, help them lose weight, increase their vitality, etc. It's just too good to be true. there has to be a catch. There have to be side effects. Which is yet another reason I would never take a pill of this kind.
I'm pushing 50 years old. Here are some things that have helped me be healthy and look years younger.
1 - Eat a healthy diet 2 - Get some regular exercise 3 - Don't smoke 4 - Stay out of the sun 5 - Stay hydrated 6 - reduce stress
And eating a healthy diet is a big one. When a person's insides are healthy, that reflects on their outsides. There really is no pill that can turn back the clock.

Sero Vital is a hormone, quite expensive - but if it makes you look younger and have more energy, it is worth it at any price. Has anyone tried it?
