I've never heard of this, but I checked out the links you shared and it looks totally fun!

This is definitely going on my "to try" list, especially since youtube is currently both my gym and my personal trainer.

i have also found this workout, how do you classify a workout that has so many different workouts rolled into one? it is called HIIT Mash Up

Has anyone tried Piloxing?
Is it really as fun as they say?
I have found a 40 (45min with cooldown) min version on youtube. was wondering how I would track this workout since it says it burns 900 calories in an hour vs the sparkpeople's 10min kickboxing video burning 730 calories in an hour if you do it like 6 times.
