So I signed up for this program and I started Day 1 yesterday and just completed Day 2. My arms are so exhausted and my shoulders and muscles in back...omg. Wow. This is really hard for me, I believe because of how much weight I am currently carrying. I am weak after working out like that (it's been a while), but so motivated to get rid of all this weight!!! I will get used to it! :-)
Has anyone else tried this? If so, what do you think of it so far? I am just on my second day so curious to hear others who may have tried this, completed this, or something similar.
