I looked it up on amazon.
I think the calculators someone linked you to earlier are spot on.
The problem comes when people use them while using the 'average' of the 5 or 10 times they've checked their HR on one of the 'touch to see HR' type HRM's without a strap or through the grips on gym machines.

would you mind telling us what HRM you have (mine is a Polar FT40, for instance)?

It gives me my average and high. And I can tell it when I am in the zone or not. But that is the limit too it.

Unless it gives you the average the calculators won't do you much good. The more measurements the average is based on, the more accurate. I assume this is one of those without a chest strap?

Hi all

so I have a hart rate monater, but it only tells me my hart rate, dose spark people have a place I can work out how many calories I burnd, or a good sight that will let me work it out.
