I've learned the hard way that when I'm sick exercising does me no good. I eventually learned how to be ok with it and give mysel permission not to work out until my body is ready. I'm just getting over a nasty cold at the moment so I know how frustrating it can be but hang in there.
Know how you guys feel -- sitting here with a broken ankle. Going absolutely nuts!!

In spite of my cold, I decided to go walking anyway! I decided to bundle up: ski mask, long johns, thermal gloves, wool hat, wool pants wool shirt, heavy coat. As long as I was super warm and did not get chilled, I thought what difference would it make. ...head cold or not. No difference, I still have a head cold! Our temps. have been in the teens and 20's and 0-9 at night.

I feel fine now.... It is just that if I move to fast, I start coughing up a storm.... This is the worst part of a cold....
