No as I don't diet per se, I just track everything and follow the numbers

I have the opposite problem. I'm so busy on the weekends I don't have time to eat. I spend my time running the foster puppies to adoption events, cleaning house, grocery shopping and working on projects.
Since I don't eat fast food anymore, I rarely eat at the adoption events unless I remember to bring stuff with me. And then it's usually a protein bar.
Now during the week it's different. Unless I'm teaching, which translates into talking non-stop for hours, I like to snack.

For me it sort of is... i dont go pass the maxium calories but i like to maintain my self at the lowest... any tips to keep my diet on the weekends?
