If you do the following:
1) Stay with Sparkpeople, 2) Use the Nutrition Tracker everyday and don't let your daily calories, carbs, fat, and protein exceed the ranges at the bottom of your Tracker, 3) Do strength exercises for ten minutes or less five days a week 4) Do cardio thirty minutes five days a week 5) Track numbers 3 & 4 on your Fitness Tracker,
you will experience results beyond your wildest dreams. I did all of the above and I have achieved unbelievable success. For the strength and cardio, I specifically did month long Sparkpeople bootcamps for ten straight months.
