If you do the following:

1) Stay with Sparkpeople,
2) Use the Nutrition Tracker everyday and don't let your daily calories, carbs, fat, and protein exceed the ranges at the bottom of your Tracker,
3) Do strength exercises for ten minutes or less five days a week
4) Do cardio thirty minutes five days a week
5) Track numbers 3 & 4 on your Fitness Tracker,

you will experience results beyond your wildest dreams. I did all of the above and I have achieved unbelievable success. For the strength and cardio, I specifically did month long Sparkpeople bootcamps for ten straight months.

I'm tellin' ya, you will not believe the YOU that emerges if you dedicate yourself to achieve your goals using Sparkpeople. The strength and cardio are sculpting a new YOU as you slowly and steadily lose the weight. When the weight is shed, the new YOU is revealed. It's awesome!

I have lost a total of 3lbs and to some that may not be anything but to me it means im on the right track and it recertifies that spark works. Here's to meeting my weight goal one pound at a time.
