I stayed on track for day 2....holy cow! I usually feel hungry all the time but today was different. As a matter of fact, I felt full more often than not...and didn't want to eat a couple of the things I had taken to work but warned myself that if I didn't, I would probably go home and eat something I REALLy didn't want to eat and sabotage my efforts!
I'm determined!!! Please help keep me motivated... Happy Monday!! Cheryl
