body weight exercises are also good - push ups, planks, squats, lunges, etc.

I do Pilates, and I know the routine well enough that I can do it without the DVD.

exercise bands are GREAT - lightweight, easy to pack, and you can do so much with them.

Hey everyone, I hope you're all doing great and feeling even better!

I'm leaving on vacation soon and won't have my tread or bike with me when I'm away. In fact, I'll be very limited to just walking.

What exercises work best for you when you're not at home?

I'd love any advice you can give.
