I LOVE pb, but I've not had so far today. I'm planning on a pb dip with raw fruit this afternoon.

I dislike peanut butter, but I did put PB2 (powdered peanut butter) in the hummus I made. It is a very good substitution for tahini (which is a calorie bomb).

I didn't know there was a day for peanut butter!

I had a PB sandwich for lunch.

I had the same breakfast I've had every day for the last few weeks (I can't stop--so hooked!): Plain bagel, toasted, with 2T of natural, crunchy peanut butter on it. Delicious and very filling!

Yes I saw that it was National Peanut Butter Day! And it just so happened, I honored one of my favorite foods by having it for breakfast. This may sound weird but it's delicious: one small serving of Grape-Nuts, topped with 1 small sliced banana, 1 Tbsp. of peanut butter, and 1/2 c. milk. Helps me avoid the candy dish and the donuts at work.

So it's National Peanut Butter Day or something. I'd like to pay tribute to one of my favorite foods by asking you, what have you ate peanut butter with today?

For me, I've had 2 tbsp. 1 mixed into my regular yogurt, and 1 mixed in with my Greek yogurt and almonds.

How about you? Happy PB Day!
