Measure everything, I measure by grams on a scale instead of measuring cups. This has really helped me know right where my calories are.

Hi all:

Trying to get my New Year back on track with a resolution of losing 30 pounds. Am diligent about my food journal but at 50 I am realizing the weight is not coming off as easy as it did at 30 even with my rigid exercising, however, I am committed to my food journal, paying attention to what goes in my mouth and getting more comfortable with navigating my way aroun SP. Good luck everyone!!!!
