Bible Study this morning, hoping to get a quick workout in after lunch today. Tomorrow I'll be able to get to the gym in the morning (since my husband has off and can watch the kids). Sunday is church and work. Have a great weekend :)

Hello all. What are you plans for this wonderful Friday? What meals do you have planned? What exercise will you get in? Family time? Date night?

My daughter has a dance competetion starting today so we will be busy with that today and tomorrow. I will be working out at home and eating healthy while out. Church on sunday and then some crafting in the afternoon.
