Tried to take my dad to his favorite burger place but they were closed so he picked Golden Corral - I tried to be good but it was a total carb fest....popcorn shrimp, fresh chips, steak fries, hush puppies, banana pudding and a piece of fudge. Way too much but it was a special day....

We had a delicious dinner!! But my first mistake was surprising my fiancÚ with a new BLT Dip. I was munching on all the goodies, especially the bacon, while I was making it. The final product was SO good (+chips)!! Then we invited my parents over for steak and sweet potatoes off the grill. Sure, it's pretty healthy, but I ate WAY too much.
