Thanks, Ruth. I've just finished 35 minutes of exercise (in segments), and it's only noon. I feel great. This is such a journey, and I'm glad to be on it, especially when others come alongside with their support. This helps immensely.

So I went out for dinner last night. I've already posted what I ate, and believe me, I felt really full, and came home thinking I'd overdone. I'm thrilled to report that this morning the scale showed that I am .4 down. Now I feel better knowing that at a restaurant I'm not plumb out of luck.
