It really just hit me last night while eating dinner, I was not waiting for the milestone but, I'm down 70 pounds since I decided to get healthy.
However, it has not been a short and/or easy road. It has taken me about 5 1/2 years. I've had periods of not caring and allowing weight to come back and then working to lose it again.
For anyone who wants to know my secret, it is this....
Regarding food, focus on nutrition and being healthy. The more we can do this the easier it'll be and the longer we'll enjoy the results.
Regarding fitness, find something that you enjoy doing. Sometimes do it hard, sometimes do it easy, sometimes stop doing it for a while to give yourself a break.
