My tip is: mix the minced meat with onions and herbs and any spice of your choice, personally I like my hamburger without the bun, I put it between two big juicy salad leaves, and I add gherkins and French mustard, and a little bit of chili spice, miam!
Add salsa and cumin (salt, pepper, egg, bread crumbs), a splash of lemon juice and cilantro for mexican-inspired burgers! They're a house favorite here but I make mine with extra lean ground turkey :)
Otherwise I'd make a quick chilli or pasta sauce with it.

Stuffed Hamburger. Take the meat, divide it up into 8 even pieces, In a bowl take laughing cow cheese, mix it with some jalapenos and top it on 4 of the patties. Place the other patty on top of the burger with the cheese mixture, form into a beef patty, seal the edges so the cheese doesn't ooz and grill up! You have four delish burgers!! Here's my recipe below:
Fry the ground beef in skillet until done, place cooked meat in collendar and rinse with Hot tap water rinsing off much of the fat. Let drain a minute or two. Use as taco meat, sloppy joes, in a cassarole, in spaghetti sauce, or freeze until needed.

chop up some onions, green chiles and cilantro. Mix with the hamburger and then make patties. Cook like a normal hamburger. The flavor is great! Be careful when handling the burgers though, they dont' stick together as well.

season meet with taco seasoning (watch sodium) brown in pan with one jar of salsa cut up extra peppers, onions and tomatoes to add to pan and cook with meat be sure to drain oil off (as not sure if your hamburger meat is lean etc) serve with whole wheat tortillas shredded lettuce cut up tomato low fat cheese cut up avacado low fat sour cream
