I'm at the half way point of my weight goal. It has taken me 8 months to get here! Honestly I thought I would be at my goal weight by now. However, I am happy at the pace I am losing. I am gaining understanding of what works for me and what doesn't. I have not stressed about my weight loss, I take it one day at a time. Healthy eating and exercise have become a way of life for me. I am actually eating more food now than I was when I started. I have learned that eating foods high in nutrients fills me up and keeps me going. I have cut out almost all processed foods and I no longer crave them.
