Once you get in the habit (30 days should do it) you will find it much easier to eat this way for the long run (with only the occasional exception) Well done
Actually I was half way 2 days ago. But I am so proud of me for staying dedicated to eating fresh foods this month. No processed foods, everything made from fresh produce. It's been yummy!
