So here I am again. I love Sparkpeople and the constant support it brings. I have had 3 hernia surgeries and have faced some challenges in achieving my weight loss. However, I know that a healtyt weight is the start of a healthy lifestyle. I have taken my time and lost the first half of my excess weight by modifying my eating habits and diet. Now it is time to add the exercise again. Slow is the way for me. I am a true believer in the elliptical and plan to be attacking it in the near future. Happy days ahead...... emoticon
