Spark people really helps, tracking your calories you seriously realise how much you'd intake if you ate this and ate that i no longer drink fizzy drinks, and if i do eat something bad I'll always track it this way i notice that I've done this and feel the need to burn it off. I no longer have interest in chocolate so this is great. My goal is to be a size 8 as previously was a size 6. I hope i can keep going and meet my goals :d Not to mention the fitness tracker, you feel a sense of achievement.
