Your weight may not be where you want it to be but I would focus on all of those positive test results. Good health is the point, right?

Good for you! emoticon It is so great to know that doing the right things for your body pays off. Maybe, if there is something off with your thyroid, fixing it will also help you with your weight loss. In any event, congratulations on the great numbers! emoticon

Today I had a physical. Other than weighing exactly what I weighed 12 years ago (boo) and having some osteoarthritis to deal with, everything was right in line with normal and healthy. Normal ecg, normal BP, normal HDL/LDL and Triglyceride, normal UA, normal D3, normal calcium. Doc was quite pleased. Thyroid function tests are not complete but I feel pretty good so I expect a good outcome there too. I can tell when my thyroid is out of whack. All in all, feels good to be average emoticon
