I eat alot of fruits and veggies. I have a hard time eating all I am suppose to eat. I know I should eat all my calories every day, but I just can't do it

I usually eat some special k sea salt crackers... their pretty good, almost like a potato chip.

I save a fruit for evening, then either cut it small or take tiny bites, making it last. Carrots are good too, or celery.

I did very well yesterday except for one thing.....I went to bed HUNGRY! I was so hungry that I laid there and couldn't stop thinking about what I could have that wouldn't ruin my day of discipline. I ended up having some wheat crackers and p-nut butter with a small glass of milk. Does anyone have a couple of good suggestions for a satisfying evening snack to keep the hungries away? Water wasn't doing it for me.
