My goal is to be at goal weight on Jan 1 with a resolution at maintenance and not weight loss for the first time in my adult life.

Goal for November/Dec to leave the obese BMI weight classification and get into the overweight. Weight loss of approx 10 pounds, so between 1-2 pounds a week. Very achievable! Lets go guys, we can do it!!!

Good Morning
I hope everyone is doing great. tomorrow is my fall rally first one as an AC. after wards I will get to exercising before the cold weather sets in. then I will have to exercise indoors. I want to use my bike. learn to walk alone.anyways home scale slightly up but will work on it going downward wi not till Wednesday.

I want to reach my goal by end of year. I though I would start this challenge in case anyone else has an end of year goal. My goal is 170-175. I will post weekly challenges . My weigh in days are Wednesdays I belong to tops so I will be using that weight as my official weigh in but I do weigh on home scale daily.
