Hold the Stuffing challenges you to control the typical holiday weight gain. Our main goal is to stay conscious about our weight over the holidays. We don't ask that you avoid your favorite foods, drinks, etc.
To participate, simply weigh in the week before Thanksgiving (November 13th-19th) and the week after New Year’s (January 8th-14th, 2012). Top 5 that maintain their weight (okay, you can gain up to two pounds)* will be entered into a drawing for a surprise gift from sparkpeople.com.
The only requirement to be eligible for Grand Prizes are to post weight before Thanksgiving and after New Years 2012. Weekly weigh-ins and weekly challenges are optional not required.
