Welcome to the team! It seems like you've set a good and manageable goal for yourself. Have you thought about how you're going to get there? Are you going to eat less, take certain foods out of your diet, do more walking...? Sounds like you have a good support system, too. Tell them what you're doing! The more people around to keep you accountable the more likely you are to succeed.

ECU employee - 24 years, A grandma of 4, mother of 3 married. My challenge is to lose 35 to 40 pounds by my birthday which is 11/14/55 . I love to walk and work out but I have had some back problems which have slowed me down but I want give up.
