Welcome to the team! It seems like you've set a good and manageable goal for yourself. Have you thought about how you're going to get there? Are you going to eat less, take certain foods out of your diet, do more walking...? Sounds like you have a good support system, too. Tell them what you're doing! The more people around to keep you accountable the more likely you are to succeed.
