Sparking is all about creating healthier lifestyles and is not a quick fix. In fact, it's more of a journey than a destination. So take it slow making gradual changes, ones that are reasonable and sustainable for the long run - permanent changes that will lead to permanent results. Hey guys, I'm Elizabeth mom of 3 grate teens. I'm trying to lose 75 lbs the right way not the fast way. I want to get back in shape and run the run for your life 5k. Today is day 1 of me trying to lose weight and get into shape, I also to build muscle, and be hot.
