Thanks I do eat my calories for the day but maybe its not things that stay with me. I will have to make sure to eat my proteins for sure.

just saw the quotefrom TracyBrown about lapping those on the couch. Made me laugh out loud and feel good about my own efforts. Thanks!

When you are "on-plan" are you eating enough? I find that if I crack the whip and cut the calories too much I will revolt. It's not intentional. But your body can't stand it and will do whatever it can to make you eat, even if the end results in gains. It's frustrating. I know. Check your statistics. Make sure you are consuming the proper amount of fats, preferably healthy fats. Because this is whats going to satiate you. And your proteins as this will stay with you and help give you energy.

Plan to dust yourself off for tomorrow. Tomorrow get up and eat right. Get up and move. One day. That's all its going to take. Once tomorrow is checked off and completed, go to be, sleep, and repeat.

Have you read emoticon emoticon For me, that helped more than anything; basically teaching me how to do things gradually & slowly, rather than believing I needed to do things all at once. Can't recommend it enough, & I KNOW you can do it!

So here I am eating everything in sight. I can't seem to get in the mind set I need to be in. I know when I do lose it feels great. But then I get to a point that I just do not care. I do not care what happens to me and then it all goes down hill from there.

What do other members do to stay motivated and keep on track?

Thanks
Tracey
