If I was going to try and stay in the calorie range mentioned I would bake a 3oz salmon, with whatever dash I liked, not salt, plus a big fat banana with plenty of water emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

i CAN And will do this in spite of any obstruction be it man or beast or, friend or foe

I agree that soup is a great low-cal option and great as a comfort food. Stay strong! :)

homemade chicken veggie noodle soup very good & very low cal.

With almost 300 calories, you could even make it chicken-vegetable soup. Or vegetable soup and a low cal dessert like a fudgesicle, or sugar-free swiss miss hot chocolate.

sparks usually gives you a range of your daily calories. say 1200 - 1500. some days I find I need to eat at the other end of the range other days around 1200 is ok.
