If I was going to try and stay in the calorie range mentioned I would bake a 3oz salmon, with whatever dash I liked, not salt, plus a big fat banana with plenty of water emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I stayed Strong :) my kids wanted we ate quesadillas....i only ate 180 calories :) And it was warm and stringy lol :) we were all happy!!!!!

Go for a walk to burn some more calories or exercise in your house by going up and down the stairs for 20 minutes

homemade chicken veggie noodle soup very good & very low cal.

With almost 300 calories, you could even make it chicken-vegetable soup. Or vegetable soup and a low cal dessert like a fudgesicle, or sugar-free swiss miss hot chocolate.

See thats why I like sp ..I sometimes Use my map my fitness but when i add my activity it tells me I can eat more and i like spakrs cause it doesn't do that :)

sparks usually gives you a range of your daily calories. say 1200 - 1500. some days I find I need to eat at the other end of the range other days around 1200 is ok.

I only have 294 calories to eat the rest of the day ;(
