Drink a full glass of water before you start eating. Make yourself drink another glass before you get seconds. Incorporate salad into your meal. Eat more vegetables than starches.

I'm having a hard time at dinner, with my portion size. I do just fine in the day when no one is home. Then when I cook dinner and the family is all here I always want to go for seconds and I know that my first portion size was to much to start with. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.
