I'll try to remember on choice at a time. Though I am excited about having joined SP there's a lot going on, but I am in joying it.It just feels like I'm not doing this alone emoticon

Ditto on the PP's advice. Add some kind of steamed/grilled/fresh vegetable to your meal and have seconds of that before you go for seconds of the main meal. One choice at a time is how its done.

Drink a full glass of water before you start eating. Make yourself drink another glass before you get seconds. Incorporate salad into your meal. Eat more vegetables than starches.

I'm having a hard time at dinner, with my portion size. I do just fine in the day when no one is home. Then when I cook dinner and the family is all here I always want to go for seconds and I know that my first portion size was to much to start with. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.
